半挂水泥混凝土运输车液压驱动系统设计
Design of Hydraulic Driving System for Trailer Cement Concrete Truck
【摘要】 就大型半挂水泥混凝土搅拌运输车液压驱动系统的设计计算进行了探讨,在系统功率确定方面,采用类比法用实验将已有容量混凝土搅拌车在稳定工况下,搅拌功率与容量的曲线找出,再用最小二乘法拟合得到装载容量与搅拌功率的关系式,确定搅拌功率。根据现有容量水泥搅拌的峰值与稳态功率比例系数,确定了本系统的最大功率并以此为依据确定泵、马达等主要元件的参数。
【Abstract】 The design and calculation of hydraulic driving system for trailer cement concrete truck are discussed.The relation curve of mix power and volume of concrete truck is obtained through analogy and experiments.The relation between loading power and mix power are determined by least square fitness.According to the ratio used in present mix peek and stable power,the maxmum power is determined,and the parameters of pump and motor are obtained.
