【摘要】 介绍过冷水动态制冰系统中关键部件——过冷却器(一种多管型套管式换热器)。为了使纯水在一定流速下与一次制冷剂或二次制冷剂换热,并保证不会结冰而堵塞管道,提出了过冷却器的结构与性能要求。为了使其设计简单快速,减少工程设计人员的工作量,编制了过冷却器的计算机设计程序。最后得出换热器的设计要兼顾制造成本、运行费用以及性能要求,使换热器满足使用要求,达到优化目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The key device of the undercooled water dynamic ice-making system has been intrduced,which named water undereooler and belongs to a kind of tues-in-tube heat exchanger.In order to make pure water exchange heat with refrigerant or secondary drefrigerant at a certain speed and make sure not to freeze in the tubes,the structure and performance requirements of the undereooler have been put forward.And the design program of the undercooler has been compiled,which making the design easy and fast, reducing the workload of the engineering designers.At last,the paper drew the conclusion that,when design the undercooler the production cost,running cost and performance requirements should be take in consideration,so as to make the undereooler meet the usage and optimization.更多还原
