【摘要】 目的探讨TSG101在人消化道恶性上皮性肿瘤中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测TSG101在食管癌、胃癌及结直肠癌石蜡包埋组织中的表达。结果TSG101蛋白在25例食管癌、32例胃癌及40例结直肠癌中表达阳性率分别为52.0%(13/25),28.1%(9/32),62.5%(25/40),三组之间差异无显著性;各组TSG101蛋白表达率随着肿瘤级别的增高而降低。结论TSG101的表达与人消化道恶性上皮性肿瘤的分化程度有关,其表达率与肿瘤级别呈负相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the significance of TSG101 protein expression in human malignant epithelial tumors of digestive tract. Methods TSG0101 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry assay in paraffin-embedded tissues of human esophageal carcinomas, gastric carcinomas and colorectal carcinomas. Results The expression of TSG101 protein was positively detected in 52.0% of 25 esophageal carcinomas, 28.1% of 32 gastric carcinomas and 62.5% of 40 colorectal carcinomas, respectively (P> 0.05 ). And the low positive rate of TSG101 protein in high grade tumors was also found as compared with low and middle grade tumors(P< 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of TSG101 is related to grade of the human malignant epithelial tumors of digestive tract, showing a negative relationship.更多还原
