【摘要】 目的研究真核细胞起始因子4E(eIF4E)及cyclin D1在胃癌中的表达及临床意义,探讨eIF4E与cyclin D1之间的相关性。方法应用免疫组化的方法检测91例胃癌及30例正常胃组织中eIF4E及cy-clinD1的表达。结果eIF4E、cyclin D1在正常胃组织中均为阴性表达,在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为95.6%(87/91)和84.6%(77/91)。eIF4E及cyclin D1表达与胃癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移以及临床分期有关(P<0.05),但与肿瘤组织学分化程度、年龄、性别无关。胃癌组织中eIF4E与cyclin D1表达密切相关(P<0.05)。结论检测eIF4E和cyclin D1表达水平,对于判断胃癌的恶性程度有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of eukaryotic initiation factor 4E (eIF4E) and cyclin D1 in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance, to evaluate the relationship between eIF4E and cyclin D1.Methods The expressions of eIF4E and cyclin D1 were detected in 91 cases of gastric carcinoma and 30 cases of normal gastric tissue by immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of eIF4E and cyclin D1 was negative in normal gastric tissue. The positive rate of eIF4E and cyclin D1 was 95.6% (87/91) and 84.6% (77/91) respectively in gastric carcinoma. eIF4E and cyclin D1 expression was closely related to depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (P< 0.05 ), but not to differentiated degrees, gender and ages. The expression of cyclin D1 was significantly correlated with that of eIF4E in gastric carcinoma tissues (P< 0.05 ). Conclusion Examination of expression levels the eIF4E and cyclin D1 was of significance in malignant potential of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
