【摘要】 目的探讨BEP方案联合化疗治疗喉癌的近期疗效及不良反应。方法15例喉癌病人,采用静滴化疗:顺铂(DDP)20mg/m2·d,足叶乙甙(Vp-16)75mg/m2·d,连用5天,博莱霉素(BLM)10mg/m2·d,第1、3、5天,每3周1疗程,2~4疗程后评价疗效。结果CR4例、PR6例、NC4例、PD1例,有效率(CR+PR)66.7%。主要毒性反应为骨髓抑制及消化道反应,多为I~II度。结论BEP方案联合化疗治疗喉癌近期疗效好,不良反应轻,作为喉癌的化疗方案及放化疗结合保留喉功能的研究值得进一步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of combination chemotherapy with BEP regimen in laryngeal carcinoma.Methods 15 patients of laryngeal carcinoma were treated by combination chemotherapy of intravenous drip with Cisplatin 20mg/m~ 2 ·d and Etoposide 75mg/m~ 2 ·d from the first day to the fifth day,and intravenous drip with Bleomycin 10mg/m~ 2 ·d at the first day,third day and fifth day. Three weeks for once. Evaluated curative effect after two to four periods.Results The complete remission was observed in 4 cases, partial remission was observed in 6 cases, and no change was 4 cases,progressive disease was 1 case.The overall response rate was 66.7%. The major toxicities were myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reaction.And they were in one to two grades mostly. Conclusion The short-term curative effect of combination chemotherapy with BEP regimen on laryngeal carcinoma was well. The toxicities were not serious.It was deserve to evaluate the chemotherapy regimen in laryngeal carcinoma and combination with radiotherapy to reserve the laryngeal function.更多还原
