社会支持在初中生生活事件与心理健康间的调节作用

【摘要】 目的:探讨社会支持在初中生生活事件和心理健康间的调节作用。方法:采用青少年生活事件量表、社会支持评定量表和中学生心理健康量表对593名初中生进行调查。结果:①对初中生影响程度最高的生活事件主要来自于学习压力和人际关系。②相关分析发现,生活事件与心理健康呈显著正相关(r=0.605,P<0.001);社会支持与心理健康呈显著负相关(r=-0.175,P<0.001)。③方差分析表明,社会支持和生活事件对初中生心理健康影响的主效应显著(前者F=146.278,df=1,P=0.000;后者F=9.827,df=1,P=0.002),两者的交互作用也显著(F=6.506,df=1,P=0.011)。结论:初中生心理健康与生活事件和社会支持密切相关;社会支持在生活事件和心理健康之间起着重要的调节作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore moderator effects of social support on relationship between life events and mental health of junior high school students.Methods: 593 juinor high school students were asked to complete the ASLEC(Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List),MSSMHS(Middle School Students Mental Health Scale) and SSSS(Social Support System Scale).Results: ①Academic pressure and inter-personal relationship were main life events influcing students’ mental health.②Life events were positively correlated with mental health(r=0.605,P<0.001);while significant negative correlation was obtained between social support and mental health(r=-0.175,P<0.001).③ANOVA indicated that there were main effects of social support and life events on students’ mental health(the former F=146.278,df=1,P=0.000;the latter F=9.827,df=1,P=0.002);it also indicated that the interaction of life events and social support was apparent(F=6.506,df=1,P=0.011).Conclusion: Mental health is closely related to life events and social support;social support serves as a moderator variable between life events and mental health.
