【摘要】 目的:考察不同社会支持源对老年人抑郁的预测作用,以及性别差异。方法:利用流调中心用抑郁量表和觉知社会支持量表对170名62-87岁的老人进行调查。结果:①老年人觉知的家庭支持显著高于其它支持,其它支持显著高于朋友支持。②三种支持源中,只有朋友支持对老年人抑郁有显著的预测作用。③三种支持源对不同性别老年人抑郁的预测作用不同。社会支持对男性老年人抑郁的解释率为15.9%,而对女性老年人抑郁的解释率只有8.9%,并且三种支持源中朋友支持和家庭支持对男性老年人抑郁的预测作用显著,朋友支持对女性老年人抑郁的预测作用显著。结论:社会支持对不同性别老年人抑郁的预测作用不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the sex differences of the effect of social support on depressive symptoms of the elderly.Methods: The Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D),and the Scale of Perceived Social Support(PSSS) were administrated to 170 elderly persons.Results: ①The elders perceived that support from family was significantly higher than that from others and friends.②Among the three social supports,support from friends was a significant predictor of depressive symptoms of the elderly.③There was gender difference in the predictive effect of the three social supports on depression.Regressive analysis indicated that 15.9% variation of depression of male could be explained by social support,and only 8.9% of female could be explained.Nay,Support from friends and family significantly predicted depressive symptoms of the male,but only support from friends significantly predicted depressive symptoms of the female.Conclusion: There was a gender difference of the predictive effect of social support on the elderly persons’ depression.更多还原
