金霉素对SD大鼠生产和免疫性能及肠道微生物区系影响的研究

【摘要】 目的研究金霉素对SD大鼠生产和免疫性能及肠道微生物区系的影响。方法选用普通级21dSD大鼠30只,随机分为金霉素组和对照组,金霉素组按每100g体重29mg每天灌服水溶性金霉素,对照组每天灌服生理盐水,灌服体积均相同。饲养期28d,分别在试验的0、d7、d14、d28对大鼠各个称重并计算耗料量确定每周的平均日增重(ADG)及料肉比(F/G)。试验结束从两组各随机取四只大鼠,测定空肠和盲肠内容物中乳酸菌及双歧杆菌的数量,其余大鼠经腹股动脉取血、处死并摘取胸腺和脾脏,计算免疫器官指数,测定血清中IL2、IL6、TNF-α、IgG、血清尿素氮(BUN)、总甘油三酯(TG)和总蛋白(TP)的含量。结果两组大鼠空肠和盲肠中乳酸菌及双歧杆菌数量的差异均不显著(P>0.05),但金霉素使乳酸菌及双歧杆菌的数量均有下降的趋势。在整个生长期金霉素对大鼠的ADG、F/G、免疫器官指数及血清IL2、IL6、TNF、IgG、BUN、TG和TP的含量与对照组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论金霉素对SD大鼠生产和免疫性能及肠道微生物区系无显著影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of chlortetracycline on the growth, immunity and microflora of SD rats. Methods Thirty SD rats( 21d) were chosen and randomly divided into two groups. The rats in tested group were filled with water-soluble chlortetracycline, and the rats in control group were filled with physiologic salinel. ADG and F/G, of each SD rat were determined on day 0, 7, 14 and 28, respectively. After raised 28d, four rats from each group were chosen randomly and the contents from jejunum and cecum were collected to deermine the numbers of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, the blood from the fermoral of other SD rats was collected to determine the contents of IL2, IL6, TNF-α , IgG, BUN, TG and TP in serum and then thymus and spleen were removed to verify the indexes of immune organs, respectively. Results The results showed that the number of Lactobacillus and Bifidobaterium between the two groups were not significantly different( P>0.05) , but the total counts decreased. During the entire timefrme, the difference of the ADG, F/G, indexes of immune organs, and the contents of IL-2, IL6, TNF-α , IgG, BUN, TG and TP between the tow groups were not significant(P>0.05) . Conclusion No significant effects of chlortetracycline on the growth, immunity and microflora of SD rats were found in this study.
