【摘要】 目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定阿昔洛韦棕榈酸酯静脉注射亚微乳剂的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C₁₈柱（250mm×4．6mm,5μm）,以甲醇：乙醇：水（40∶50∶10）为流动相,流速1．0ml/min,检测波长254nm。结果阿昔洛韦棕榈酸酯在10～50μg/ml范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0．9999；平均回收率99．79%（n：9）。结论该方法简便、准确、专属,可用于阿昔洛韦棕榈酸酯亚微乳剂的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of acyclovir palmitate in its submicron emulsion for Injection.Methods A Diamonsil C₁₈ column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）was used.The mobile phase was methanol:ethanol:water（40:50:10）.The detection wavelength was 254nm and flow rate was 1.0ml/min. Results The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 10～50μg/ml（r=0.9999）.Average recovery was 99.79%（n=9）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,specific and suitable for the content determina- tion of acyclovir palmitate in its submicron emulsion for injection.更多还原
