【摘要】 目的探讨阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法对90例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别给予阿立哌唑、氯氮平治疗6个月。用阳性症状与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定精神症状,用世界卫生组织编制的生活质量量表(WHOQOL-100)评定生活质量,用副反应量表(TESS)评定药物副反应。结果治疗6个月后,阿立哌唑组WHO QOL-100各维度,除精神支柱外均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),在生理、心理、独立性、社会关系、环境等维度均明显优于氯氮平组(P<0.01);氯氮平组仅明显改善心理维度(P<0.01)。两组PANSS总分较治疗前均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),两组间比较无显著性差异,但阿立哌唑对阴性症状的改善优于氯氮平;阿立哌唑比氯氮平的副反应少且轻。结论阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者生活质量的改善优于氯氮平,有利于患者重返社会。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo campare the quality of life of schizophrenics treated with aripiprazole or clozapine.Methods90 cases with schizophrenia were randomly divided into aripiprazole group and clozapine group.After 6 mouths of treatment,all subjects were assessed with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),WHO QOL-100 and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS).ResultsAripiprazole could significantly improve all aspects of quality of life except domination,and had a better result in physical,psychological,level of independence,solial relations,environment domain than clozapine did.Clozapine could only improve psyclological domain.There was no significant difference between the score of PANSS in two groups.However,aripiprazole had a better result in negative symptoms.ConclusionSchizophrenic outpatients treated with aripiprazole have a better quality of life than those with clozapine.更多还原
