并列运行电站锅炉主蒸汽温度先进控制
Advanced control for main-steam temperature of coordinate boiler in power station
【摘要】 针对电站锅炉具有大惯性、大纯滞后、强干扰等特点,采用最小二乘和相关系数辨识相结合的方法建立系统数学模型;构造带前馈的串级控制器调节主蒸汽温度,控制器外环采用阶梯式广义预测控制,内环为PID(proportional-integral-derivative)控制;设计并使用了智能监督级,保证了先进控制的投用率.实际运行情况表明,该先进控制系统具有良好的控制品质.
【Abstract】 Boilers in power stations have the characteristics of large time constant,large pure time delay and strong disturbances.A model was proposed based on least squares method(LSM) and correlation coefficient identification approach,and a cascade controller was constructed with feedforward for main-steam temperature.Stair-like generalized predictive control was used in the outer-loop of the controller and PID control was used in the inner-loop.The supervisory shell for the controller was designed and used to increase its running-time.Application shows good quality of the advanced control system.
