层离高密度聚乙烯/层状双氢氧化物纳米复合材料的制备
Synthesis of exfoliated HDPE/LDH nanocomposites
【摘要】 采用熔融插层法制备了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/层状双氢氧化物(LDH)纳米复合材料.结构分析表明,当LDH含量低于5%时,LDH片层在纳米复合材料中是完全层离的.热性能分析表明,所得HDPE/LDH纳米复合材料比纯HDPE具有更高的热稳定性.以50%失重为比较点,当LDH含量为5%时,HDPE/LDH样品的降解温度比纯HDPE高出达40℃.
【Abstract】 The HDPE/LDH nanocomposites were synthesized with the melt-intercalation method.The XRD and TEM analysis demonstrate that completely exfoliated HDPE/LDH nanocomposites can be obtained with a LDH loading below 5 wt%.The TGA profiles show that the HDPE/LDH nanocomposites thus obtained have greater thermal stability than pure HDPE.When the 50% weight loss was selected as a comparison point,the decomposition temperature of HDPE/LDH sample with 5 wt% LDH loading is ca.40 ℃ higher than that of the pure HDPE sample.
