基于线性压机驱动的高频同轴脉管制冷机研究

【摘要】 介绍了基于线性压机驱动的高频同轴脉管制冷机的特点及同轴脉管制冷机与线性压机匹配时的设计思路,通过数值计算模拟了同轴脉管制冷机制冷性能和动态参数的关系。搭建了脉管制冷机试验台并介绍了测试系统的组成,最后对所设计的高频同轴脉管制冷机进行了初步试验研究。试验结果对进一步改进脉管制冷机的设计提供了有益的参考。

【Abstract】 The co-axial pulse tube refrigerator is a new type of mechanical cryocooler with the potential of long-term operation in space application.Some factors were needed to be considered when designing the co-axial pulse tube refrigerator or matching with a linear compressor.By developing the co-axial pulse tube refrigerator model,the working process was simulated.The effects of the dynamic parameters on the performance of the co-axial pulse tube refrigerator were analyzed.The building of the pulse tube refrigerator experiment system and the composing of test system were introduced.The designed high frequency co-axial pulse tube refrigerator was tested with the linear compressor.Some good results were obtained.
