【摘要】 目的:观察复骨健步片治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(肾虚血瘀型)的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:采用随机对照方法,将复骨健步片组(治疗组)37例与壮骨关节丸组(对照组)33例进行比较研究。结果:两组临床总有效率差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。复骨健步片和壮骨关节丸均能有效改善膝关节骨性关节炎(肾虚血瘀型)患者主、次要症状,两者疗效相当。治疗期间未发现药物不良反应,安全性好。结论:复骨健步片是一种治疗膝关节骨性关节炎安全有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect and side effect of Fugujianbu tablet on treating knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods:The treatment group with 37 cases of KOA and the contrast group with 33 cases of KOA were randomly collected and treated by Fugujianbu tablet and Zhuangguguanjie pill respectively. The clinical effect and side effect of both groups were compared. Results:The total effective ratio of the treatment group was 91.89%. The difference of two groups had no significant meaning (P>0.05). Both the Fugujianbu tablet and the Zhuangguguanjie pill could improve the main and minor symptom. The effect was similar (P>0.05). During the treatment, no side effect was found and both medicines had good safety. Conclusion:Fugujianbu tablet is an effective and safe medicine for treating KOA.更多还原
