水泥生产过程分层递阶多智能体控制系统
Hierarchical Multi-agent Control System of Cement Production
【摘要】 针对新型干法水泥生产过程的特点,建立了由控制智能体和决策支持智能体组成的分层递阶多智能体控制系统;研究了基于Ice中间件开发多智能体系统的方法;采用COM技术构建了具有二进制重用性的智能体组件,可实现对原有系统的重用;实现多智能体控制系统与神经网络、模糊控制和专家系统技术的融合;系统实现了水泥熟料煅烧过程的优化控制。
【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of the cement production, hierarchical mutil agent control system composed of control agent and decision-supporting agent is implemented. The method of MAS development based on the middle ware - Ice has been studied. The binary-reused agent COM component is packed; it can be used to reuse the legacy system. The technologies of neural network, fuzzy controlling and expert system have been successfully merged into mutil agent control system. The intellectual control of the cement clinker’s calcine process has been realized.
