【摘要】 目的:初步观察木瓜蛋白酶体外的纤溶活性及纤溶酶原激活活性。方法:根据Overgaard等的方法制备体外血栓,设置空白、阴性、阳性对照组,仅加不同剂量精制木瓜蛋白酶实验组和加不同剂量木瓜蛋白酶与纤溶酶原混合液组。保温37℃,30、60、90、120 m in,电镜观察血栓溶解情况。结果:木瓜蛋白酶纤溶活性不明显;但木瓜蛋白酶与纤溶酶原混合应用溶栓效果好。结论:木瓜蛋白酶中存在能激活纤溶酶原的活性成分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the activity of fibrinolysis and plasminogen activator(PA)caused by papain in vitro.Methods: Thrombus which were prepared in vitro according to Overgaard’s method were randomly divided into 3 groups.Thrombus were treated with different concentration of papain and co-treated with papain and plasminogen.The thrombolysis effect were observed after 30,60,90 and 120 minutes. Results: The effects of thrombolysis were more significant in the papain with plasminogen group than treated by papain alone.
