【摘要】 目的:探讨检测食管癌患者血清骨桥蛋白(OPN)水平的临床意义。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)技术检测58例食管癌患者和30例健康献血员血清骨桥蛋白的表达水平。结果:食管癌患者骨桥蛋白血清表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);食管癌患者血清OPN和患者的年龄、性别没有关联性,和患者的病变部位、病理分级、是否淋巴结转移有一定的相关性。结论:血清OPN水平可能在反映食管癌的发展和转移方面具有一定的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the changes of serum soluble osteopontin(OPN) level in patients with Esophageal Carcinoma and investigate their clinical significance.Methods: The serum level of OPN in 58 Esophageal Carcinoma patients and 30 healthy subjects were estimated by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results: The serum level of OPN in Esophageal Carcinoma patients were significance higher than those in control group.The serum level of OPN in Esophageal Carcinoma patients were not correlated with age or sex;but they were clearly related to tumor site,histologic grade and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: Serum level of OPN may reflect the occurrence and metastasis of Esophageal Carcinoma,and have some clinical significance.更多还原
