【摘要】 目的:探讨人类多肽:N-乙酰氨基半乳糖转移酶家族成员间的同源性,揭示其进化规律。方法:采用生物信息学软件和网上数据库对核酸蛋白质序列进行同源比较,结构域分析和进化树绘制。结果:人类多肽:N-乙酰氨基半乳糖转移酶家族一级结构、二级结构均有较高的同源性,系统进化树显示各成员来源于同一祖先并在不同时期分野。结论:各成员来自于同一祖先的同一家族,其进化方式属于趋异性进化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore homology in hppGalNAc-T family.Methods: The sequences of hppGalNAc-T family were analyzed using bioinformatics soft and online data base,and phylogenetic tree was also constructed.Result: hppGalNAc-T family shared a high identity,the phylogenetic tree showed that they were derived from a common ancestor at different times.Conclusion: hppGalNAc-Ts came from common ancestor,but they had many differences and evolutioned in a divergence way.更多还原
