【摘要】 目的通过观察脑外伤后不同时间移植神经干细胞的疗效,探讨脑外伤后进行神经干细胞移植的最佳时机。方法将成年大鼠制成脑外伤模型,分别在伤后即时、24h、48h三个时点进行神经干细胞移植,治疗后比较其行为学、流式细胞仪计数、免疫组化染色、电镜观察等指标。结果移植组较对照组各项指标均有改善,24h移植组在流式细胞仪计数、免疫组化染色、电镜观察等指标上较其他各组改善更加明显(P<0.05),而行为学改善与其他实验组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑外伤后24h是进行神经干细胞移植的适宜时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of transplantation of neural stem cells at different time after traumatic brain injury. Methods Neural stem cells were transplanted at 0, 24 and 48 h after traumatic brain injury of rats. The flow cytometry, immunochemistry, electron microscopy and behavior observation in different groups of animal were compared. Results The rats with neural stem cells transplantation had significant better outcome than controls. Transplantation performed at 24 h after brain injury had better results compared with other 2 groups. Conclusion Twenty four hours after traumatic brain injury would be the appropriate time for transplantation of neural stem cells.更多还原
