数控切割机虚拟训练和维修系统的研究应用
Study on and Application of NC Cutting Machine’s Virtual Training and Repairing System
【摘要】 将虚拟技术应用在数控切割机使用维护过程中,能使操作者通过使用虚拟训练和维修系统得到操作真实设备的效果,不仅能减少事故发生和降低维修成本,而且不受场地和时间的限制,同时也能够缩短产品的学习操作时间。文章详细介绍了数控切割机虚拟训练和维修系统的系统功能、虚拟系统的实现、实际项目分析和vc++编写程序的问题。
【Abstract】 Applying virtual technology to the application and maintenance of NC cutting machine, it can make the operator obtain the real sense of the actual equipment through using the virtual training and repairing system. Thus not only the accidents and the maintenance costs will be decreased, but also the place and time will not be the limitation, as well as the time for learning the operation of the equipments will be shorten. In this paper, the affairs relating to the systematic functions, virtual system realization, actual project analysis and programming with VC++ are introduced in detail.
