高频群脉冲电化学加工电流检测电路设计

【摘要】 介绍了高频群脉冲电化学加工的基本原理,重点分析了加工过程中电流检测及短路保护措施及电路设计方案,其次介绍待检测的电流信号形式及功率电子器件绝缘双极晶体管(Insulated-GateBi-polarTransistor,IGBT),针对本应用选择电流测量方法电流-磁场转换法霍尔效应法,介绍了保护电路设计并分析了电路的性能,能够满足加工需要。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the basic principle of higher frequency group-pulse electrochemical machining(HGPECM), analyzing emphatically the circuit detecting project and the short circuit protect measure in the machining process, subsequently recommends the design of the circuit. In addition the pattern of the current signal including Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT) is presented. At the same time, the current measurement is selected. The experimental results show that the system can make the process high precision, steady and reliable.
