【摘要】 成人高等教育实行学分制管理,是一种优越的教学管理制度。有利于缓解成人学生在职学习的工学矛盾,有利于对学生的个性化教育,也有利于市场经济发展对人才多样化的要求。但长期以来,我国多数高等学校一直采用学年制的管理方法。要全面实行学分制管理,首先必须领导重视,提高认识,转变教育理念,调整教学计划,加强队伍师资和管理队伍建设,完善规章制度,努力改善现代化管理手段,规范成教管理,如此,才能把学分制管理制度真正得到落实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Characteristic of credit system is an elective course System which releases the dilemma of part-time study of adult students,and favors individualized education,also meets the demand of multivalent from market economy.Being a superior system for adult education,credit system,unfortunately,has not been adopted by the majority of colleges in China which are so far practicing a system of academic year instead.To administer credit system completely,the most needed will be the perfective from the leadership to convert the concept of education,then,adjudgement of teaching program,enforce ment of the teaching and administrative staff,perfection of rules,improvement towards modern administration,and standardization of adult education,before credit system is really administered at last.更多还原
