【摘要】 通过文献资料法、录像分析法、问卷调查法等对CBA和NBA裁判员进行了比较研究。其结果表明,CBA裁判员的综合素质(知识文化、技术、心理)明显差于NBA裁判员,并对影响综合素质的种种因素进行了探讨,为今后国内培养篮球裁判员提供有益的参考。更多还原
