杂交水稻苗期发根性状与生育后期根系活力及穗部性状的关系

【摘要】 采用沙培方法,对10个杂交稻组合苗期发根性状与生育后期根系SOD活性、TTC还原力及穗部性状的关系进行了研究。结果表明:苗期发根数、发根鲜重和发根力与孕穗期根系TTC还原力呈极显著正相关,与结实率呈显著或极显著正相关;发根数还与乳熟期SOD活性极显著正相关,与齐穗期TTC还原力显著负相关;发根鲜重和发根干重分别与大部分穗部性状密切相关。回归分析表明,用“发根数×平均发根长”表示发根力能全面地评价杂交水稻苗期发根性状。

【Abstract】 The correlation of rooting traits in seedling stage to superoxidize dismutase(SOD) activity,2,3,5-Triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC) deoxidizing ability(DA) in late growth stage and panicle characters in hybrid rice was studied by sand culture with ten hybrid combinations as the materials.The results showed that the root number(RN),fresh weight of roots(FWR) and root growth ability(RGA) in seedling stage had a very significant(at 1% level) positive correlation to TTC-DA in booting stage,a significant(at 5% level) or very significant positive correlation to seed setting rate(SSR).RN had a very significant positive correlation to SOD activity in milk stage and a significant negative correlation to TTC-DA in full heading stage.FWR were closely correlated to most of the tested panicle traits and DWR to all tested panicles traits.Through regression analysis,it was found that using ″RN×average root length(ARL)″ as the index for RGA could evaluate integratedly the rooting characters in seedling stage of hybrid rice.
