运用ISSR标记鉴别水稻品种的初步研究
Preliminary Studies on Using ISSR Marker to Differentiate Rice Varieties
【摘要】 用4条ISSR引物对18个水稻新材料的DNA进行扩增,共出带29条,其中特异性带18条,比例为62.1%,利用这些特异性带构建各个材料的分子指纹,可以将供试材料区别开来。相对其它DNA分子标记技术而言,ISSR操作简单、检测方便、稳定性好、多态性高,是一种较理想的水稻分子指纹方法。
【Abstract】 29 polymorphism bands were obtained in 18 rice varieties by four ISSR primers,among which 18 bands were specific(62.1%).All of the 18 varieties could be differentiated from each other based on the fingerprints established by these specific bands.Compared with other DNA markers,the ISSR marker can be a more desirable molecular method to differentiate rice varieties or hybrids because of its merits of simple manipulation,good stability,convenient detection and high polymorphism.
