【摘要】 目的:探讨针刺对老年雌性大鼠心组织的抗氧化作用。方法:选用雌性Wistar大鼠为自然老年模型,以电针针刺足三里、关元穴28天后测定心组织中一氧化氮(NO)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果:针刺足三里、关元穴能够提高老年雌性大鼠心组织NO含量及SOD活性,降低MDA的含量,与老年对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:针刺老年雌性大鼠“足三里”、“关元”穴能够提高其心组织的抗氧化能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This experiment explains effect of acupuncture on heart of the old big rats.Method: Choose to use pantheress wistar big rat in a group as the natural menopause model,electro acupuncture at the point of "ZUSANLI" and "GUANYUAN "for 28 days,measure the content of NO、SOD and MDA.Results:After acupuncturing,heart’s content of NO and SOD activity were remarkably raised,MDA content remarkably decreased in Brain tissues of the old pantheress big rats.Conclusion: To acupuncture "ZUSANLI" and "GUANYUAN" point had a remarkable effect on antioxidase in heart tissues of the old pantheress big rats.更多还原
