【摘要】 介绍了将液固流化床换热技术应用于盐矿卤水预热器中的情况,考察了惰性固体颗粒防止预热器结垢效果。应用结果表明:在一定的固体颗粒浓度和操作流速下,液固流化床能有效防止盐矿卤水预热器结垢,能提高盐矿卤水真空制盐系统的产能,经济效益显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Application of heat exchange technology of liquid-solid fluidized-bed in the brine preheater is introduced.The effect of inert solid particles in preventing preheater from scaling is investigated.The application results show that with certain concentration of solid particles and operation flow rate,liquid-solid fluidized-bed can effectively prevent brine preheater from scaling and increase the capacity of vacuum salt making system with obvious economic results achieved.更多还原
