经济欠发达地区高校人才流失的原因及对策
Causes and Countermeasures of the Brain Drain in Universities of Underdeveloped Areas
【摘要】 通过对经济欠发达地区高校人才流失原因的分析,提出改变观念,树立“人才资源是第一资源”的思想、加大工资用人和人才管理制度改革力度、建立人才激励机制和人才培养体系等措施来改变人才流失现状,真正实施“人才强校”战略。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the causes of the brain drain in the universities of underdeveloped areas and puts forward some countermeasures.
