【摘要】 目的:探讨谷胱甘肽转移酶(GSTπ)和拓扑异构酶(TopoⅡα)在乳腺癌组织中表达状况及意义。方法:取乳腺癌标本72例,乳腺腺瘤30例,利用SP免疫组织化学方法,检测GSTπ和TopoⅡα阳性率。结果:GSTπ在乳腺腺瘤中阳性率为26.67%,在乳癌中阳性率为68.05%。TopoⅡα在腺瘤和腺癌中阳性率分别为0.00%和50.00%。Ⅲ级乳癌中GSTπ表达率明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级;TopoⅡα则在乳癌Ⅰ级中表达高于Ⅲ级。结论:GSTπ和TopoⅡα在乳癌中阳性率明显高于腺瘤。检测GSTπ和TopoⅡα对乳腺癌化疗药物的选择有指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of GST_πand TopoⅡ_αin breast cancer and its clinical significance.Methods:72 cases with breast cancer and 30cases with adenoma were stained immunohistochemically for GST_πand TopoⅡ_αpositive rate.Results:The positive rate of GST_πwas 26.67%（6/30） in adenoma of breast and that in breast cancer was 68.05%（49/72）.The expression of TopoⅡ_α in breast cancer was 50.00%（36/72）,and that in adenoma of breast was 0.00%（0/30）.The expression of GST_πin clinical stageⅢ was higher than that in stageⅠ、Ⅱ（P<0.05）.The expression of TopoⅡ_αin clinical stageⅠ was higher than that in stageⅢ（P<0.05）.Conclusion:The expressions of GST_πand TopoⅡ_αin breat cancer were higher than that in adenoma of breast.Analysing the expressions of GST_πand TopoⅡ_αin breat cancer may have direction in selecting the drug in chemotherapy更多还原
