【摘要】 近几年来,浙江省属各高校在校学生数大都已超1·2万人,在硬件设施基本到位后,学校的学生管理却成为学校长远发展的一个瓶颈,制约了学校教育质量的提高,如何保证学校内部稳定,创建良好的育人体系,为学校的可持续发展创造条件是各高校着力想解决的热点问题。该文对采用“班导制”学生管理模式在普通高校中运用的可行性进行了研究,并取得了一定的成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the student number of most universities in Zhejiang Province is over 12,000. Therefore, after being equipped with advanced hardware, universities are confronted with a serious bottleneck of their long-term development——student management, which restrains them from improving the school-running quality. Thus, how to keep the inside stable and how to form a nice education system to prepare for persistent development of the university have become the hot spots which universities try hard to solve.
