环氧环己烷的合成新工艺研究
Novel environment benign process for preparation of cyclohexylene oxide
【摘要】 由钨酸钠与磷酸缩合,再与季铵盐阳离子复配获得了具高催化活性的环氧化反应催化剂.以环己烯为原料,以低浓度H2O2为氧源,在温和的条件下较高收率的合成了环氧环己烷.该工艺避免了传统路线工艺复杂、污染严重、安全性差等缺点,工业化可行性强.经优化较佳的环氧化反应条件为:催化剂∶环己烯∶H2O2=1∶200∶130,反应温度为50~60℃,pH=3.5~5.5,时间1~4h,环己烯转化率为40%~50%,H2O2利用率约为80%,环氧环己烷收率为80%~85%.
【Abstract】 Heterpoly ion/PTC/H2O2 system which has high epoxide catalysis activity was synthesized by the combination of Na2WO4 with H3PO4.Using cyclohexene as raw material,H2O2 as oxidation agent,epoxycyclohexane was obtained with a high yield at a mild reaction condition.The disadvantages of the traditional method,such as a long and complex synthesizing route,high pollution,poor security can be avoided.The optimized conditions are as follows: the mole ratio of catalyst,cyclohexene and H2O2 1∶200∶130,reaction temperature 50~60 ℃,reaction time 1~4 h.Under these conditions the conversation of the cyclohexene is about 40~50%,the utilizing rate of H2O2 is about 80%,the yield of expoxycyclohexane is about 80~85%.
