自溶法回收鱼类加工废弃物中鱼油的研究

【摘要】 鱼类加工过程中会产生大量废弃物如鱼头、鱼内脏等,为充分回收利用其中含有的鱼油成分,应用回归旋转组合设计研究了自溶酶解工艺中水鱼比[W]/[F],温度,pH对提油率的影响,并优化了萃取工艺.结果表明,在最优自溶酶解工艺[W]/[F]=1.0,t=55.0℃,pH8.0和最优萃取工艺:萃取时间25 min,石油醚量为75 mL,萃取温度40℃,pH4.0下提油率为56.42%.由此可见,自溶酶解法的确是回收鱼类加工废弃物中鱼油成分的一种有效方法.

【Abstract】 A great deal of fish processing wastes such as heads and viscera were generated in the production.In order to recovery fish oil from fish wastes,factors affecting the fish oil yield such as the ratio of water/fish(\/\),temperature and pH value were studied by using a quadratic orthogonal regression of rotation combinations,and the extraction conditions were optimized.The optimum conditions are as follows: the \/\ 1.0,temperature 55.0 ℃,pH value 8.0 for the autolysis process and the amount of petroleum ether 75 mL,pH value 4.0,temperature 40 ℃ and time 20 minutes for the extraction one.Under these conditions the fish oil yield amounts to 56.42%.The results show that autolysis is an effective way to recovery fish oil from fish processing wastes.
