【摘要】 介绍了楼宇自动化系统的概念,给出了典型控制系统的整体结构图.结合杭州某五星级宾馆的应用实例,指出了其楼宇自动化系统的特点,对其进行了系统分析,侧重比较了其与普通宾馆在空调监控系统的异同点,同时给出了配电系统、庭院式度假用房监控系统设计思路和方法.其中采用变风量空调箱的空调系统以及对一些重要机电设备只监不控的概念经过工程上的实践证明,是非常有效的.目前,该系统运行良好,不仅节约了成本,而且提高了安全可靠性.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the idea of building automation system(BAS) is introduced.The whole structure chart of general control system is given.Based on the application of an engineering case in a five-star hotel in Hangzhou,the characteristic of whose BAS is analyzed.The similarities and differences of air conditioning supervisory control system are discussed comparing with common hotel particularly.The design method of supervisory control system applied in power supply and courtyard-type vacation hotel is demonstrated.Some concepts such as using VAV Box and monitor system for important mechanical and electrical equipments with no controlling functions are proved to be very effective .Now the system is running well.It does not only reduce costs but also improve security.更多还原
