折流式旋转床液相耗能的研究

【摘要】 以空气-水为物系,对转子直径为φ600 mm,厚度为80 mm的折流式旋转床进行了液相耗能的研究,并提出了其计算模型.实验结果表明,折流式旋转床的液相耗能随液体流量线性增加,与转速成平方的关系增加,但随气体流量缓慢增加.模型计算值与实验值吻合得较好,平均相对误差为6.8%,可用于折流式旋转床工业应用的设计计算.

【Abstract】 Power consumption of the liquid phase in a new vapor-liquid contactor named Rotating Zigzag Bed(RZB) has been studied and its calculation model has been proposed by using air-water as an example system.The diameter and thickness of the rotator are 600 mm and 80 mm,respectively.The experimental results indicate that power consumption of the liquid phase increases linearly with the liquid flow rate and is proportional to the square of the rotating speed,whereas it increases slightly with the gas flow rate.The calculation results are in a good agreement with experimental data.The average relative error is 6.8%.So the model can be applied to the engineering design of RZB.
