【摘要】 目的探讨雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）、生长因子受体（HER-2）、P-糖蛋白（P-gp）和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶（GST-π）在乳腺癌中的表达与临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术,检测85例乳腺癌患者中ER、PR、HER-2和P-gp、GST-π多药耐药的表达。结果85例乳腺癌患者中ER阳性率为52%,PR阳性率为51%,HER-2阴性率为54%,P-gp检测为（-）⁺占85%,GST-π检测为（-）⁺占69%,与乳腺癌临床化疗有相关性。结论ER、PR、HER-2、P-gp联合表达与乳腺癌化疗密切相关,检测ER、PR、HER-2、P-gp和GST-π对乳腺癌化疗方案的制定具有重要的意义。更多还原
