肺癌患者血管内皮生长因子表达与预后的关系

【摘要】 目的研究肺癌患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达水平以及与预后的关系。方法采用ESISA法测定肺癌患者、良性肺病患者和健康志愿者血浆VEGF水平,并评价对肺癌转移和死亡的诊断效率。结果肺癌组、良性组的VEGF水平[(115.3±43.5)ng/L、(92.7±31.6)ng/L]明显高于对照组[(45.9±20.3)ng/L]。肺癌组的VEGF水平高于良性组,但两组无明显差异(P>0.05),良性组经治疗后的VEGF水平明显降低。肺癌组VEGF水平升高的阳性率为76%。在肺癌组VEGF水平升高组中,6个月内转移率为65%,死亡率为19%;在肺癌组VEGF水平正常组中,6个月内转移率为10%,死亡率为10%(与升高组比较,P<0.01,P<0.05);VEGF水平升高对肺癌转移和死亡的诊断效率为83%。结论血浆VEGF与肺癌的发生发展密切相关,是肺癌生长和转移的重要因子,其高水平表达提示患者预后差,反之提示患者近期预后良好。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relation between VEGF and prognosis of lung carcinoma.Methods ESISA was used to investigate the level of VEGF in lung carcinoma group,pulmonary disease group and normal group,and evaluate the diagnostic efficiency of lung carcinoma transfer or dead.Results The levels of VEGF in lung carcinoma group and pulmonary disease group were significantly higher than those in normal cases(P<0.01).The level of VEGF in lung carcinoma was higher than pulmonary disease group,but it had not significant difference(P>0.05).The level of VEGF in pulmonary disease group had a degression after treatment.The negative rate of lung carcinoma was 76%.The transfer rate in the increases group of lung carcinoma was 65% in the six month.The dead rate was 10%(P<0.01,P<0.05).The diagnostic efficiency of lung carcinoma dead or transfer was 83%.Conclusion VEGF is correlated to the occurrence and progression of lung carcinoma.It is an important factor in lung carcinoma.The high expression can predict the patient has a bad prognosis.The opposite change can predict that the patient has a fine prognosis.
