【摘要】 目的探讨多发性骨髓瘤误诊原因,以降低其误诊率。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对我院1997年1月至2006年4月收治的21例多发性骨髓瘤的病历进行复核和统计分析。结果21例多发性骨髓瘤患者诊断明确的6例,误诊为其他疾病的15例,误诊率为71．4%。结论分析15例多发性骨髓瘤患者的误诊原因,主要是多发性骨髓瘤无特征性临床表现,且其临床表现具有多样性,和一些常见疾病的临床表现极为相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The misdiagnosis reasons of multiple myeloma were explored in order to reduce the in- cidence of misdiagnosis.Methods Medical records of the patients with multiple myeloma in Huainan Xinkang Hos- pital from 1997 to 2006 were checked retrospectively,and all the records were statistically analyzed.Results Among atl the 21 cases with multiple myeloma,only 6 cases were diagnosed correct.And the other 15 cases were diagnosed incorrect with the misdiagnosis incidence of 71.4%.Conclusion The main misdiagnosis reasons of multiple myelo- ma were absence of characteristic clinical manifestations,and the manifestations were with variety and similarity to other common diseases.更多还原
