【摘要】 目的探讨原发性肾病综合征(PNS)时血浆部分凝血因子活性测定的临床意义。方法检测76例PNS患者活动期及缓解期血浆凝血因子Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ、Ⅺ活性(FⅤ∶C、FⅦ∶C、FⅧ∶C、FⅨ∶C、FⅩ∶C、FⅪ∶C),并与40例正常对照进行比较。结果PNS活动期FⅤ∶C、FⅦ∶C、FⅧ∶C、FⅩ∶C水平较缓解期和对照组升高(P<0.05),FⅨ∶C、FⅪ∶C水平较缓解期和对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论FⅤ∶C、FⅦ∶C、FⅧ∶C、FⅩ∶C水平在PNS活动期明显升高,为PNS高凝状态的因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the change in the activity of some plasma coagulation factors in primary nephritic syndrome(PNS) during the active phase and paracmasis,and approach the clinical value in PNS of measuring the level of these factors activity.Methods The study was performed in two groups.Levels of the activity of plasma coagulation factors(FⅤ∶C,FⅦ∶C,FⅧ∶C,FⅨ∶C,FⅩ∶C,FⅪ∶C) were measured in 76 patients with PNS,individually in active phase and paracmasis.They were compared with the normal control including 40 cases.Results The levels of FV∶C,FⅦ∶C,FⅧ∶C,FⅩ∶C were elevated in the active phase of PNS,while the FⅨ∶C and FⅪ∶C were depressed.There were significant differences in the two groups.Conclusion We postulate that the elevated levels of FV:C,FⅦ∶C,FⅧ∶C and FⅩ∶C in the active phase of PNS,are one of the factors that cause hypercoagulabale state in PNS.更多还原
