【摘要】 目的观察基层医院卒中单元医疗模式的临床效果。方法对60例患者实施自行设计的卒中单元医疗模式(观察组),并与60例传统治疗组(对照组)比较分析。结果观察组的显效率(70%)和总有效率(92%)高于对照组(45%、72%)(P<0.01和P<0.05),常见四种并发症发生率(8%)显著低于对照组(28%)(P<0.01)。结论脑卒中急性期实施卒中单元医疗模式效果优于传统治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of stoke unit medical care model in primary hospital.Methods 120 cases of stoke patients were randomly divided into observation(n=60) and control group(n=60).In the observation group,the patients were treated by self-designed stoke unit medical care model;In the control group the patients were treated by traditional method.The results were analyzed and compared.Results The results showed that the obvious effective rate and the total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01 and P<0.05);The incidence of four common complications in the observation group was lower significantly than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of stoke unit medical care model in treating acute stoke is more obvious than traditional method.更多还原
