【摘要】 目的探讨MMP9、TIMP1、MMP2、TIMP2表达与胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)生物学行为的关系,为预测该肿瘤的侵袭潜能提供理论依据和可能的预测指标,以指导临床的治疗和预后。方法对70例GIST利用组织微阵列技术制片进行免疫组织化学染色,并结合病理形态学及生物学行为评价进行统计学分析。结果(1)MMP9的表达率为65/69(94.2%),MMP9的阳性表达程度与GIST的生物学行为有显著相关性;MMP2、TIMP1、TIMP2的表达率分别为47.8%、98.6%和95.7%。结论MMP9表达与GIST生物学行为关系密切,可作为GIST生物学行为的潜在评价指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinases 9 and 2 and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases 1 and 2 and biological behavior of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST).Methods 69 cases of GIST were studied immunohistochemically for the expressions of MMP-9,TIMP-1,MMP-2,TIMP-2,and their relations with histo-morphology and biological behavior were analyzed statistically.Results (1)Out of 69 cases,the positivity of MMP-9 was 65 cases(94.2%),of which the very low-risk,low-risk,intermediate risk and high-risk group were 5,14,19 and 26 cases,respectively.There was a significant correlation between the expression degree of MMP-9 and biological behavior and morphologic variant(P<0.05).The positive rates of TIMP-1,MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were 98.6%,47.8% and 95.7%.Conclusion MMP-9 is closely related with the biological behavior of GIST,and it might be potential evaluation marker for GIST behavior.更多还原
