【摘要】 目的检测胃黏膜组织8-羟-2-脱氧鸟苷(oh8dG)表达水平,试图从幽门螺杆菌(helicobacterpy-lori,Hp)致胃上皮DNA氧化损伤方面探讨Hp的致癌性。方法取Hp阳性和Hp阴性胃黏膜组织各50例,采用免疫组化法检测其oh8dG表达水平。结果免疫组化显示Hp阳性和Hp阴性胃黏膜组织之间的oh8dG表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Hp感染增加了胃黏膜组织oh8dG水平,DNA氧化损伤在Hp感染引发胃癌的过程中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of oh8dG in gastric tissues and discuss the carcinogenicity of Hp.Methods oh8dG was detected with immunohistochemistry in Hp positive and Hp negative tissues.Results In immunohistochemistry,the positive rates of oh8dG expression in Hp positive and Hp negative tissues were 78% and 8%,respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion Hp infection increase oh8dG level in gastric mucosa and DNA oxidative damage play an important role in the process of gastric carcinogenesis by Hp infection.更多还原
