【摘要】 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃癌患者血清中的水平及其临床意义。方法应用ELISA法,对50例胃癌患者血清的VEGF水平进行测定,并同期检测30名健康人的血清VEGF水平作为对照。结果胃癌患者血清VEGF水平明显高于正常人;VEGF水平与胃癌肿瘤大小、血管侵犯、淋巴结受累及远处转移密切相关;随着临床病理分期的上升,VEGF水平亦明显升高。VEGF水平与肿瘤部位、组织学类型及患者的性别、年龄等因素无关。结论血清VEGF水平与胃癌的浸润、转移密切相关,术前检测血清VEGF水平,对预测胃癌的侵袭和转移具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) level in patients with gastric carcinoma and to analyze its clinical significanceMethods The levels of serum VEGF were measured by ELISA kit(R&D,SYSTEM INC,USA) in 50 patients with gastric carcinoma and 30 normal persons as the control group.Results The level of serum VEGF in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that of normal control.The level of serum VEGF was positively correlated with tumor size,vessel invasion,lymph-node metastasis.With upgrading of clinical-pathological stage,the level of VEGF increased significantly,but its relation to tumor site,histological type,age,and sex was not significant.Conclusion The level of serum VEGF is closely correlated to invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.Serum VEGF assay may be used to preoperatively predict invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.更多还原
