【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜下交通支静脉离断术治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的优点、疗效及临床意义。方法36例、39条肢体在腹腔镜下行深筋膜下交通支静脉离断术并行下肢大隐静脉高位或主干结扎及踝部结扎,曲张浅静脉分段剥除或缝扎。结果术后浅静脉曲张消失,皮肤营养状况明显改善,皮炎7~20d治愈,9~28d溃疡愈合,无手术并发症。随访,37条肢体,13~72个月,平均43个月无复发。结论腹腔镜下交通支静脉离断术治疗下肢浅静脉曲张,疗效满意,能避免和减少术后复发,改善皮肤营养障碍,促进溃疡愈合,并发症少,并有微创美容效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the method,advantage,effect and clinical meaning of subfiscial endoscopic perforator surgery(SEPE) for superficial varicose veins in calf.Methods Thirty six cases(39 limbs) of superficial varicose veins in calf,were performed by SEPS,and all cases underwent stripping procedure,the scattered superficial varicose veins in calf,were managed by phlebectomy or cut.Results All patients superficial varicose veins disappeared,skin nourishment improved obviously,dermatitis was controlled in 7～20 days,ulcer was controlled in 9～28 days,had no the surgical operation complications.The 37 limbs were followed up,no relapse was found during the follow up period of 13～72 months(mean 43 months).Conclusion SEPS for superficial varicose veins in calf is satisfied.It can avoid or reduce the relapse,improve the skin nourishment and promote to ulcerate to more match.The complications is little,also less trauma to make up the result.更多还原
