【摘要】 目的分析腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的临床应用价值。方法腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠125例,采用腹腔镜下伞端挤压孕囊、输卵管切开取胚、输卵管切除等,并与开腹手术进行比较。结果手术时间平均(39.3±10.6)min,术后住院天数平均(4.3±1.0)d,与100例开腹手术进行对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术中出血0~80ml,持续性异位妊娠4例。结论腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠有创伤及出血少,恢复快,住院时间短等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical applicative value of treating ectopic pregnancy with laparoscopy.Methods The clinical datas of 125 cases ectopic pregnancy were treated by operational laparoscopy.Extruding gestational sac(GS) in fimbria,taking embryo with opening fallopian tube,salpingectomy with using laparosope,and comparing with abdominal salpingectomy.Results The mean operating time was (93.3±10.6)min,the mean duration of hospitalization after operating was (4.3±1.0)d,laparosopic surgery had an obvious difference with abdominal salpingectomy(P<0.01),the intra-operative blood loss was 0～80ml,4 cases were persistent ectopic pregnancy.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has a little trauma and hemorrhage,and a short-term length of hospital stay in treating ectopic pregnancy.更多还原
