【摘要】 目的探讨经内镜局部化疗治疗晚期食管癌的临床疗效。方法将30例晚期上段食管癌患者随机分为两组治疗组14例,经内镜局部化疗,并联合放疗;对照组16例进行传统的外科姑息手术治疗,也联合放疗。结果治疗组与对照组近期缓解率分别为85.71%、68.75%,1年生存率分别为71.42%、50%。结论经内镜局部化疗对晚期上段食管癌有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore efficiently treatment of advanced stage superior segment esophageal cancer.Methods The 30 cases with advanced stage superior segment esophageal cancer were randomly separated two groups:Treatment group 14 cases were local chemotherapy treated by gastroendoscopy,comminute with radication;Control group 16 cases were treated by surgical operative treatment,combinate with vadication.Results The treatment group and conerol group remission rates were 85.71% and 68.75%,1 year’s survival rates were 71.42% and 50%.Conclusion Superior segment advanced stage esophageal cancer is local chemotherapy treated by gastroendoscopy,cuvative efficavy is distimction.更多还原
