【摘要】 目的探讨急性脑室出血的有效治疗方法。方法采用脑血肿穿刺引流或单侧侧脑室穿刺引流(对照组29例)和双侧侧脑室置管引流或侧脑室及脑血肿穿刺引流结合腰椎穿刺脑脊液置换(治疗组31例)等方法,对60例急性脑室出血的患者进行治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为74 2%,优于对照组(44 8%)总有效率(P<0 05),并且其血肿清除时间(6d)也明显短于对照组(8d)。结论双管置换疗法是一种安全、有效的治疗急性脑室出血的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the operative methods of treat ivtraventricular hemorrhange.Methods The 60 cases acute ivtraventricular hemorrhange patients were treated with medical methods plus monolateratcerebral biood tumor puncture drainage or monolateral telocoele puneture drainage(control group 29 cases),and medical method plus bilateral telocoele dituble displacemcnt drainage or telocoele and cerebral blood turnor puncture drainage combining lumber spine puncture cerebrospinal fluid(csf) therapeutic method of exchange(treatment group 31 cases) etc.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 74.2%,superior to the total effective rate 44.8% of the control group(P<0.05).And the pelated time of blood tum or of the treatment group(6d) was significantly shorter than that of the control group(8d).Conclusion The ditube therapeutic method of exchange can be a safe and effective method for acute ivtraventricular hemorrhange.更多还原
