【摘要】 耕地的收益平衡体现耕地的经济生产能力。由于社会、经济发展一体性,未来耕地占补平衡不仅要考虑耕地质量的平衡,同时还要考虑耕地的收益平衡。本文依托河北省农用地分等定级的理论和成果,将耕地的收益作为耕地占补平衡折算的桥梁,建立一套区域内耕地经济收益占补平衡的测算方法体系,并以河北省太行山山前平原区为例进行了实证研究,在经济层面上确定了新的占、补耕地的换算比例关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The proceeds balance manifests the economy productivity of cultivated land.As to the requisition-compensation balance of cultivated land,not only the balance of cultivated land quality but also the proceeds balance of cultivated land should be considered.According to the theory and achievement of cultivated land classification in Hebei province,taking the proceeds as the bridge of requisition-compensatian calculation of cultivated land,this paper establishes a set of calculating system of economy proceeds requistion-compensation balance of regional cultivated land.Taking the plain area of Taihangshan in Hebei Province as an example,a new calculating proportional relationship of requisition-compensation is defined in economic direction.更多还原
