【摘要】 对924名从事畜牧业人员的监测结果表明,畜牧业重点人群布鲁氏菌感染率为0.49%~10.50%,确定新发病人和疑似病人13例,其中有1例经血液培养找到羊种3型布鲁氏杆菌。2002~2005年试管凝集试验阳性率呈逐年上升趋势(χ2=36.69,P<0.01),感染者均有与疫区引进的羊、奶牛接触史。更多还原

【Abstract】 The surveillance results among 924 persons engaging in animal stockbreeding indicated that the infection rate of Br.melitensis was in the range from 0.49% to 10.50%.13 patients and suspected patients were confirmed by epidemiologic survey combining with clinic symptom,and Br.melitensis Ⅲ was found in one of them after the blood cultivation.The positive rates of serum increase gradually from 2002 to 2005(χ²=36.69,Р<0.01).All the persons infected Br.melitensis had close contact with sheep or cows from epidemic area.更多还原
