【摘要】 用甲脒亚磺酸漂白芦苇APMP,并对漂后浆与芦苇漂白硫酸盐浆(芦苇BKP)进行了配抄文化用纸的探索。结果表明:对芦苇APMP进行FAS漂白,FAS的合适用量为0.4%~0.6%,FAS与NaOH的用量比为2∶1,系统的初始pH值适宜保持在10.5左右。用FAS漂后浆配抄文化用纸,只要芦苇BKP配入量超过30%,手抄片的白度、裂断长、撕裂指数和耐折度都可以满足B级胶印书刊纸的要求。

【Abstract】 The possibility of the bleaching of reed APMP with FAS was studied.The influences of some main process variables including FAS and NaOH charge on the bleaching of reed APMP were investigated.The results showed that FAS charge 0.4%~0.6%,the ratio of FAS to NaOH 2:1,the initial pH value about 10.5 were the suitable process conditions.Also,high-quality printing grade paper can be manufactured by mixing reed BKP with the bleached pulp of reed APMP,and the product has good brightness and physical strength.
