黄连木不同优株种子发芽特性研究

【摘要】 通过对泰山黄连木不同优株种子的含水量、生活力及发芽特性研究,发现5#优株种粒大,千粒重达62.84 g,相对含水量为17.22%,绝对含水量为20.88%,种子活力为97.5%,发芽率为82.0%,发芽指数为13.86。红粒优株种较大,千粒重为63.10 g,相对含水量为41.15%,但红粒优株种子均不能发芽。8#、1#优株在物理特性上与5#优株相差不大,但发芽率不及5#优株。4个单株和一个混采(对照)种子的生活力为7.5%~97.5%;发芽率0~82%;发芽势0~50%;G I为0~17.8;MTG为0~3.61;CGR为0~40.8。

【Abstract】 The water content,vitality and germination character of seed from different superior individuals of Pistacia chinensis Bunge from Mt.Tai were studied.The 1000-grain weight,relative water content,absolute water content,seed vitality,germination rate and germination index of No.5 individual was 62.84g,(17.22%),20.88%,97.5%,82.0% and 13.86,respectively.The result showed that No.5 individual was superior to other individuals.The 1000-grain weight and relative water content of HL individual was 63.10g and(41.15%),respectively.However,all the seeds of HL individual could not germinate.There was no marked difference on the seed physical characters among the No.5 individual,the No.1 individual and the No.5 individual,whereas the germination rate of the No.1 individual and the No.8 individual was smaller than that of the No.5 individual.The range of vitality,germination rate,germination potential,germination index,mean time of germination and coefficient of germination rate of the sample were 7.8%-97.5%,0-82%,0-50%,0-17.8,0-0.31 and 0-40.8.The germination capacity of Pistacia chinensis was discussed in the paper.
